If you contact us through the website's contact form, we process your name, email address, optional phone number and message to reply to your enquiry and manage any resulting customer relationship.

Steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) or our legitimate interest in replying to enquiries (Article 6(1)(f)).
4. Retention
We keep the data as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any customer relationship, after which it is deleted. Data required by accounting law is kept for the statutory period.
5. Processors and transfers
The website and contact form are provided by Webicularis (Arctic Current Oy), which processes the data on our behalf under a data processing agreement and uses its own sub-processors. Any transfers outside the EEA rely on safeguards under Chapter V GDPR.
6. Cookies and third-party content
The website uses no tracking or advertising cookies by default. Social media content (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) and maps (Google Maps) load only when you choose Show content.
